This Dinner was created at La Parrilla, the best restaurant in Swansea to treat our guests with the pleasure of discovering the World of the fantastic Italian Wines by the hand of Lee Isaacs . Hand-picked wine selections and a menu inspired by the Italian cuisine with La Parrilla’s influence our Head Chef Gareth and his Culinary Team showcases Italian warmth to ensure that our guests are in for a treat.

Charred Zucchini, Mozzarella and Radicchio Salad
Served with Zucchetto Prosecco
Tasting note: Elegant with notes of white peach, apricot and melon

Starter-Primo

Anti pasti platter with toasted ciabatta and preserved vegetables
Served with Falerio
Tasting note: floral aromas with a hint of jasmine, with notes of pear and apples and a fruty finish aftertaste.

Fish course- Antipasto

Pan roasted sea bass, roast fennel and pepper, squid and lobster bolognaise, gnocchi
Served with Terenzuola Vigne Basse
Tasting note: elegant dry white, soft and fruity with a long, pleasant and slightly spicy aftertaste

Main course – Secondo

Ravioli of Jacobs ladder, fricassee of petit pan and pancetta, Barolo reduction
Served with Inama Carmenere
Tasting note: aromas of blueberries and dark plums, medium-intense flavors with dark fruits, spices and mineral notes

Dessert

Tiramisu
Served with Adalia Recioto Red
